Terms of service
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CallMyMac, who operates CallMyMac. By using CallMyMac you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
The service
CallMyMac connects phone calls and this website to an AI assistant that controls a Mac you own and have connected to your account. It's provided as-is, without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16, and able to agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect computers you own or are authorized to control.
- Keep your account and allowed-caller list secure — anyone who can call in as an allowed caller can direct the assistant on your computer.
- Tell the people who call your CallMyMac number that their call is handled by an AI assistant and that what they say is converted to text, where the law requires it.
- AI assistants make mistakes. Review what it can do; you're responsible for actions taken on your computer and for your use of third-party services (your Claude account, and any apps it controls) under their own terms.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful or abusive, or to access systems without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or actions taken by the assistant on your computer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Changes
If we change these terms or the privacy policy in a way that matters, we'll ask you to agree to the new version the next time you sign in. You can't keep using the website until you do, but you can always download your data or delete your account.
